If the check-out procedure is overdue (12:30PM), the venue has the right to charge a surcharge (per camp), HK$100/30 minutes (less than 30 minutes will be counted as 30 minutes). Because the campsite is very close to the sea, if the observatory predicts that there will be a level 6 gale near the campsite before 11:00 am on the day of the experience, the campsite may be closed due to safety reasons, and bad weather arrangements will be made, and the paid fee will not be refunded. the When entering the venue, please go to the Fengcigu Commissary to register. The admission rules and disclaimer will be distributed to the guests to read and sign. In addition, each group must pay a deposit of HK$ 1000.00(Cash). If there are no lost items or damage to the venue facilities when leaving the venue , the deposit will be fully refunded upon departure. If the deposit is not enough to pay the relevant compensation, the customer must pay the remaining expenses separately. After registration, the staff will have a rental camp list to check with the guests on the rental camp facilities (including camp, camping equipment, etc.), please check and clear the items on the list when you arrive. If there is any damage or omission, the staff will replace it with a new one immediately. The check is completed Afterwards, the guest must sign the checklist for verification, and if there is any damage/omission in the checklist, the guest must pay the compensation amount for the relevant items.The venue will provide a copy of the venue rules for guests to refer to. If guests arrive at the site before 3:30PM, they can go to the Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind and wait first, where they can also buy drinks/or rent the amusement facilities of the site, etc. After the guests leave the venue, they can rent LOCKER to store their personal belongings at the Nausicaa Bazaar, and they can also buy drinks/rent the amusement facilities of the venue.Please bring your own personal belongings, such as towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, etc. (Note: The commissary also sells it) There is a canteen in the venue, selling drinks, snacks, amusement facilities, daily necessities and beach equipment, etc. The service provider may cancel the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In case of similar circumstances, it can be rescheduled and processed according to the following bad weather arrangements without refund. Pets are strictly not allowed on the campsite.
